He was rewarded "with unanimity" at the age of 16 by a First Price in Musical Theory, and at the age of 19 by a First Price in Double Bass. The same year he was alone successfull to the admission contest for the National High School of Music of LYON.
There he had perfected his Double bass technic, studied Art History, the Piano, the Composition with Mr GASTINEL (father of the famous cellist Anne G.) and discovered the Sing world.

Back to his "country", Farid intensified his Singing studies, successfully accomplished "with unanimity" award, nearby Mr A. LYET (also Vocal Culture Teacher in the National High School of Music of PARIS) meanwhile he was learning pedagogic act in the University of DIJON for which he has been rewarded by a State Diploma of Double bass Teacher.

Although living in the South of France since 9 years, he is always Co-Soloist at the BESANCON Symphonic Orchestra, but also Singer at the MONTPELLIER Opera Choir.

His scores for various instruments, complementary acts of his pedagogic thoughts, are his tribute to the scholar music."
